Delivery and commissioning of our assembly and disassembly station solution for the power transmissions of the future to our leading customer, Safran TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS. This key project perfectly illustrates our commitment to providing state-of-the-art industrial solutions, from design to implementation.
This complete system, which is now operational, incorporates:
🔸 The study, design, manufacture and delivery of a functional assembly station.
🔸 A solution organised around lifting columns with turntables, optimising ergonomics and accessibility.
🔸 The integration of a jib crane with a 250Kg CMU for easy handling by the operator.
🔸 A new layout with two assembly frames back to back, enabling the induction heating elements to be shared.
🔸 Specific tooling for each key phase of the assembly and disassembly process.
🔸 A control HMI and a large screen for digital display of assembly routines.
This project was mainly steered by our Pujaudran Centre of Expertise, renowned for its skills in mechanical design, automation, robotics and complex systems integration.
