15 minutes of discussion with the recruiter, if your profile is selected

Face-to-face or video interview with the recruiter and manager

Physical interview to go into more detail about the technical aspects, and tests.

Sending of a contractual proposal, if your profile is selected

Once I've submitted my application, how long does it take for me to be contacted?

It takes an average of 2 weeks for one of our recruitment officers to contact you. If you do not receive a reply within this time, your profile has not been selected for the position. This does not call into question your skills, only that there are no vacancies matching your profile.

What is the integration process like at eXcent?

Once you have been selected for the position, eXcent’s human resources department will contact you to sign your contract. During your first week in the job, you’ll benefit from the Welcome Week scheme: introduction to the company and its teams, presentation of the IT and other tools available to you, summary of your rights and benefits, briefing on safety rules, etc. In short, you won’t be left in the dark: our teams are there to support you in the best possible way.
